When using Metamask for wallet connections or sending funds, Metamask may occasionally fail to respond. Please check the following steps, as they may resolve the issue.
Please ensure the Soneium custom network is added to Metamask before proceeding.
The correct Soneium RpcUrl is:
⭕️ https://soneium.drpc.org
❌ https://rpc.soneium.org
We have confirmed that networks added using the ❌ URL may fail to connect properly. - Tap the button when connecting or sending funds within the app.
- You will be redirected to the MetaMask app (at this point, a dialog prompting you to update permissions will appear, as shown in Attachment 1).
- Select the Permissions tab without pressing the Connect button.
- Press the Edit button next to “Use active networks.” This will open the network selection screen, as shown in Attachment 2. Select only “Soneium” and press the Update button.
- Pressing the Connect button will return you to the HEALTHREE app. Please continue the operation within the app.
